Terms of Service
Last updated: April 18, 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between AnyImmi Inc. (“AnyImmi”) and the firm or individual subscribing to the service (“Customer”). By creating an account or using AnyImmi, you accept these Terms.
2. The service
AnyImmi provides software for Canadian Regulated Immigration Consultants: case management, trust accounting, IRCC forms, AI drafting, and a client portal. We are a software provider. We do not give legal or immigration advice, and we are not authorised to represent applicants before IRCC.
3. Customer responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining an active CICC licence for every user who performs regulated immigration work in AnyImmi.
- You are responsible for reviewing every AI-generated output before relying on it or sending it to a client or IRCC. Every AI output in AnyImmi is stamped DRAFT for this reason.
- You are responsible for complying with CICC Bylaw 6.3, Law 25, PIPEDA, and any other regulation that applies to your practice.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of client data, trust ledger entries, and IRCC submissions.
4. Fees
Fees are quoted per cohort and agreed in your order form. They are billed monthly or annually in advance; metered AI credits are billed in arrears. All fees are in USD unless stated otherwise. Taxes are added where required.
5. Trial and cancellation
New firms get a 14-day trial. You can cancel at any time from the Billing settings. On cancellation we stop charging you and export your firm's data. We retain case and trust records for the CICC-required window before deletion.
6. Data and privacy
Your data is governed by our Privacy Policy and, where a paying firm requests one, a Data Processing Addendum. Data residency, sub-processors, and security controls are published on our security page.
7. Acceptable use
Don't use AnyImmi to violate applicable law, to misrepresent a client's status to IRCC, to reverse-engineer the service, or to resell it. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that breach these rules.
8. AI outputs
AnyImmi's AI tools generate drafts. Every output carries a non-dismissable DRAFT stamp. You and your firm are responsible for reviewing, correcting, and approving every AI output before it is sent, signed, or submitted. AnyImmi is not responsible for AI output accuracy.
9. Warranties and liability
The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by Canadian law, AnyImmi's total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Termination
Either party can terminate on 30 days' notice. We can terminate immediately for non-payment or material breach. On termination your data export is made available for 30 days.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Disputes go to the courts in Toronto.
