IRCC form autofill
The Chrome extension fills the forms. You click Submit on IRCC.
Autofill only. No submit action exists anywhere in AnyImmi — extension, MCP server, or app. That's a CICC red line we hold in product code, not just in policy.

How it works
Three steps. Opinionated defaults.
- 01
Open a case + the IRCC form
Navigate to the form on ircc.gc.ca. The extension auto-detects the AcroForm and matches it to the current case in the CRM.
- 02
Review before apply
The side panel lists every mapped field with its source: Passport OCR, LOA OCR, intake questionnaire, manual entry. Review-flagged fields require explicit approval.
- 03
Apply, then you submit
"Apply all" writes mapped values into the form. You read every section, click Submit on IRCC yourself. AnyImmi logs the field checksum into the audit trail.
Objection handling
The three questions we always get.
Why won't you add a submit button? It would save so much time.
CICC Code of Professional Conduct and IRCC best practice both require the authorized representative to personally review and file. "Auto-submit" would expose firms to regulatory action and remove the human checkpoint that catches errors. We will not ship it, ever.
What if IRCC changes a form field?
Nightly cron diffs every AcroForm we support. If a field name, type, or validation rule changes, the morning brief alerts you and the extension flags the affected field as "needs review" until re-verified.
Does the extension send data to AnyImmi servers?
The extension pulls case data from AnyImmi servers (ca-central-1) over an authenticated channel scoped to the active case. It never sends form-side data back to a third party — the form stays on ircc.gc.ca.
