We built AnyImmi because the tools Canadian RCICs use were never designed for Canadian RCICs.
The CICC regulates around 13,000 consultants. Most of them run on tools built for US law firms, British solicitors, or “any small business”. The gap shows up everywhere: trust accounting that doesn't understand 3-way reconciliation, AI tools that leak PII to US servers, audit logs you can edit, and compliance surfaces bolted on as an afterthought.
What we believe
A regulated practice deserves a product that respects the regulation. Every decision we've made — Canadian data residency, append-only audit logs, DRAFT stamps on AI output, licensed-scope gating at the database — flows from this one premise. Compliance is not a feature you buy as an add-on. It's a property of the system.
What we won't ship
There is no “auto-submit to IRCC” tool in AnyImmi. There never will be. It's a CICC red line: submission is the practitioner's act, not the software's. The Chrome extension autofills — it does not submit. The MCP server reads — it does not post. If a feature would let staff take a regulated action without a human in the loop, we don't build it.
How we work
We ship in phases, and we're honest about what's in each phase. Wave 1-3 closed a 40-item CaseEasy competitive matrix. Phase 4 brings QuickBooks + Xero, Wagepoint + Rise payroll, mobile apps, and deeper MCP integrations. If a feature isn't shipped yet, you'll see “Phase 4” on the integrations page, not marketing copy that pretends.
Who we work with
Our first wave of customers were solo RCICs in Ontario and BC who were done with the CRM + Excel + WhatsApp + ChatGPT stitching. They told us what was broken in the tools they had, and we built it correctly. The waitlist now includes firms in Quebec (pre-Law 96 launch), the Atlantic provinces, and Alberta.
